The 2016 Daventry Motorcycle Festival +
Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration is almost upon us!
We’re pleased to announce that the event has now grown to be its biggest yet
The Ride-In is due to arrive at 10.00am with the Mayor formally opening the event from the main stage at 10:25am (We’ve also got a couple of surprises in store so don’t miss it!)
They’ll be lots of bikes including Vintage, Classic, Retro, Custom and more from the 1800’s through to Modern machines.
We’ve got live music lined up from The Originals & Mammoth,
How about not one but two Motorcycling Adventurers/Authors?
Zoe Cano and Nathan Millward will be signing copies of their latest books
Mad Science, Random Mike & Roger the Puppet man will be entertaining the crowds (young and not so young alike) throughout the event.
Want more to keep the kids amused? How about A Bouncy Castle Slide, Bouncy Bungee Run, Face Painting, Go Karts, Quad Bikes, Hook a Duck, Tin Can Alley and Fair Rides?
Maybe you’d like to buy some motorcycle clothing, bike accessories and a new product to attach everything to your bike? (we’ve got all that too!)
If you get a little peckish you can visit one of many of the local Cafe’s and Restaurants, or maybe you’d like to try some Caribbean Street Food, Hog Roast, Samosa’s, Cakes, Fudge, Doughnuts (don’t forget the doughnuts!) or even an Ice Cream?
BBC Radio Northampton’s Martin Heath will be our Compare throughout the day
So come along to what is going to be a fantastic event, tell all your friends and if you really enjoy it – please let us know and we might just do it all over again next year!
